| Flueless Gas Fire Ventilation - Air Vent, Room Size & Power Setting | |||||||||||||||||
All Flueless Gas Fires require a ventilation via a wall mounted air vent. There must also be a window (which can be opened if required) in the room where the fire is to be installed. The air vent must provide a minimum amount of "free air" and must be over 1metre away from the fire. The window does not have to be open when the fire is operated it is there should the user want fresh air or to reduce the temperature in the room. Use the table below to select the most suitable product from our range for your property. To Calculate your Internal Space simply multiple the length by the width, by the height, to calculate the volume in m3. Room Size Example: Length 3.2m x Width 3.6m x Height 2.4m = 27.65 m3 therefore you can buy an AZAR, or a natural gas ANGEL. Heat Output Advice : If your room is below 100m3 selct the 2.7kw version of the fire as this will be adequate to heat the room longside your primary heat source. |
